Returns Policy

Refunds: Vaporize.com.au do not offer Refunds.

Cancellations: Order cancellations are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Bargain Bin: Items from our bargain bin have a reduced 90 day warranty period.

Missing / Broken Items: All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.

Defective Products: Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Please note that certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival).

User Error: Units returned as faulty that are found to be functioning properly (return due to user error) are subject to a $25 dollar processing fee that includes return shipping.

Transparency: Vaporize Australia reserve the right to publish and broadcast the details of Any Warranty claims or product claims made. We maintain a strict data transparency policy and reserve the right to disclose any warranty return details via our website or other broadcast medium.

Processing: Warranty returns are processed within 7 – 14 Business days with DOA warranty returns processed as priority.

Before you ship your products back make sure you contact us and we will send you a return form, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and return number.

Vaporize.com.au do not cover shipping cost of units that are returned and for warranty.

NOTE: You must return all accessories and product component parts. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.

Exchanges: Due to the medical and health related nature of the devices that we retail, it is unlikely that we will accept exchanges if you have purchased the wrong product. Please research what you require carefully before purchasing.
